FT Advisory & Consulting ("FTA&C," "we," "us") is a trading name of FTA&C Services Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 07605239), registered office 8, 290 Boardwalk Place, London, E14 5GD. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to give us, through two places on this site:
- The Contact form — your name, email address, and any message you send.
- The Bankability Health Check tool — your name, company name, email address, and, optionally, project name and sector, along with your answers to the readiness questionnaire itself.
We do not use tracking or analytics cookies, and we do not collect personal data automatically as you browse — see our Cookie Policy for detail.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to generate and (where you choose to save a copy) follow up on your Bankability Health Check results, and to consider whether FTA&C's services might be relevant to your project. We do this on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries, or your consent where you actively submit the Health Check form.
Who we share it with
We use Netlify to host this website and process form submissions, and Zoho for calendar booking. Both act as data processors on our behalf and only handle your data to provide those technical functions. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third party, and we do not use it for marketing you haven't asked for.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and Health Check data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, if a relationship develops, for the duration of that relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see below.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask us what data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email info@ftacadvisory.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe we've handled your data incorrectly.
